What is the full name of Wicked Witch West?

The Wicked Witch of the West's full name is never revealed in the original 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. However, in the 1939 film adaptation, she is referred to as "Elphaba" by her sister, Nessarose.
