Why is Peeta good at camouflaging himself in the Hunger Games?

Peeta is not known for being particularly good at camouflage in the Hunger Games. In fact, his strengths lie in other areas:

* Baking: He uses his baking skills to create distractions, forge alliances, and win over sponsors.

* Sympathy and Charm: Peeta is incredibly charming and empathetic, which allows him to manipulate people's emotions and gain their support.

* Combat Skills: While not as skilled as Katniss, Peeta learns to fight and defend himself as the games progress.

Camouflage is generally not a prominent skill in the Hunger Games. The arena is designed for open combat, and the tributes often rely on hiding in the shadows, using their environment to their advantage, or blending in with a crowd rather than trying to actively camouflage themselves.

While Peeta does use his surroundings to his advantage at times, he's not particularly skilled at blending in like a chameleon. His survival skills are more about using his social intelligence, empathy, and resourcefulness to navigate the deadly arena.
