Who are jerry the mouses friends?

Jerry the Mouse's closest friend is Tom the Cat. Although they are constantly at odds and Tom tries to catch Jerry, they also share a deep, albeit antagonistic, bond. They often find themselves in hilarious situations together and ultimately, respect each other's abilities.

Beyond Tom, Jerry has a variety of other friends and acquaintances in the Tom and Jerry universe:

* Spike the Bulldog: A large, grumpy bulldog who often tries to catch Jerry but also sometimes helps him out in a pinch.

* Toodles Galore: A cute, fluffy cat who is Tom's girlfriend. Jerry often uses her to outsmart Tom.

* Butch: A tough alley cat who is often seen hanging around with Tom and occasionally bullies Jerry.

* Nibbles (Tuffy): A small, young mouse who is Jerry's nephew. Jerry is very protective of him.

* The little bird: A tiny, unnamed bird who is often seen perched on a windowsill or a tree branch, watching the antics of Tom and Jerry.

Although Jerry might not have many friends who aren't also rivals, he always seems to find a way to get himself out of trouble and make the most of every situation, with or without the help of his "friends"!
