Where you can get a rail pass in crystal version?

You can't get a rail pass in Pokémon Crystal. There's no item or feature that acts as a rail pass in the game.

In Pokémon Crystal, you travel between cities and towns using various methods:

* Walking: The most common method, especially early in the game.

* Cycling: Available once you obtain a Bicycle from the Cycling Road in Goldenrod City.

* Boat: Used to travel between certain cities, like from New Bark Town to Violet City.

* Train: Used to travel to certain cities, like from Goldenrod City to Ecruteak City. You purchase train tickets to ride, but there isn't a dedicated "rail pass".
