Who originally wrote the folk song One Voice--did Jennys write it or just cover it?

The folk song "One Voice" was written by Billy Jonas. Jennys (also occasionally spelled Jennys or The Kennedys) is a contemporary folk band known for their a capella performances. They did not write the song but have covered it on their album "In Honor of the Sun".
