Did Roy Orbison record gospel songs?

Roy Orbison, known primarily for his successful career in rock and roll music, did not officially release any gospel songs during his lifetime. Orbison's music was largely focused on genres such as rockabilly, doo-wop, country, and pop. However, Orbison occasionally incorporated spiritual themes and imagery into his lyrics throughout his career. For example, his 1961 song "Crying" contains religious undertones with lines like "Oh, pretty woman, please don't make me cry/ I begged you to give me just one more try." Additionally, there have been posthumous releases of previously unrecorded Orbison tracks, but none primarily belong to the gospel genre.
