Adjust your vocal cords. There are two vocal folds, also called vocal cords, that vibrate to produce sound when you speak. The pitch of your voice is determined by the frequency of these vibrations. Higher frequencies produce higher pitches, while lower frequencies produce lower pitches. To make your voice higher-pitched, you need to increase the frequency of the vibrations of your vocal cords.
1. Close your mouth and hum a high-pitched note. This will give you a sense of the pitch you are aiming for.
2. Open your mouth and start to speak in a high-pitched voice. Exaggerate the movements of your mouth and lips, and tighten the muscles in your throat. Practice until you are able to speak in a consistently high-pitched voice.
3. Use your diaphragm to support your voice. This will help to project your voice and make it sound louder.
4. Practice, practice, practice! The more you practice, the better you will become at speaking in a high-pitched voice.
5. If you want to make your voice even higher-pitched, you can try adding some air to your voice with your mouth slightly opened as you speak.
Note: It's important to remember that speaking in a high-pitched voice can put a strain on your vocal cords, so it's important to take breaks and not overdo it.
