How do you cut music in the middle of a song but keep ending song?

Method 1: Using Audio Editing Software

1. Import the song into the software. Click the "import" button or drag and drop the file into the program.

2. Click anywhere on the audio clip. This will bring up the audio editing tools.

3. Locate the point where you want to cut the song.

Zoom into the song's waveform by dragging the ends of the waveform to make it larger.

4. Drag the playhead to the desired location.

This is the point where the cut will be made.

5. Right-click on the playhead and select "Split."** This will split the song into two clips.

6. Select the half you want to remove. Then, press the "Delete" key.

7. Click the "Export" button. This will save the edited song to a new file.

Method 2: Using a Media Player

1. Open the song in the media player.

2. Locate the point where you want to cut the song.

3. Pause the playback.

4. Take note of the current time. This is the time at which the song will be cut.

5. Exit the media player.

6. Edit the song's metadata.

Using a tool such as ID3 Editor, open the song's metadata.

7. Edit the end time of the song.

Set it to match the time noted in the previous step.

8. Save the changes.

Now, the song will play only up until the specified end time.
