How Can I Get My Casio DH-100 to Sync Up While Recording Into Finale or Encore?

Finale and Encore are music notation applications that allow users to compose, arrange and play music. Gvox's Encore contains transcription and editing tools that allow users to create articulate and printable scores. MakeMusic's Finale contains similar composition tools, as well as a robust instrument library and production tools. The Casio Digital Horn DH-100 is a Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) wind controller that allows users to compose in real time with Encore and Finale.
