How do you dub music to a video.... I want post video on Youtube and have song playing over it. Is there specific program?

There are several ways to add music to a video for YouTube, and the process may vary depending on the video editing software you are using. Here's a general guide using Adobe Premiere Pro as an example:

1. Import your video and audio files:

- Open Adobe Premiere Pro and import the video clip and the music file you want to use.

- Drag these files into your project timeline. The video should go on the video track and the music on the audio track.

2. Adjust the audio level:

- Select the music clip in the timeline, and click on the 'Audio' tab in the Effect Controls panel.

- Adjust the 'Volume' slider to set the desired level for your music.

3. Trim the music:

- If your music clip is longer than your video clip, you can trim it to fit.

- To do this, hover your mouse over the edge of the music clip in the timeline until you see a double-sided arrow.

- Drag this arrow to the left or right to trim the start or end of the music.

4. Sync the audio with the video:

- Make sure that the music and video are synced up correctly.

- To do this, play the video and adjust the position of the music clip in the timeline until it matches the video's timing.

5. Export the video:

- Once you are satisfied with the result, click on the 'File' menu in Adobe Premiere Pro and select 'Export Media.'

- In the 'Export Media' dialog box, choose the desired output format (e.g., MP4) and click 'Export.'

6. Upload to YouTube:

- After the video is exported, you can upload it to YouTube.

- Sign in to your YouTube account, click on the 'Create' button and select 'Upload Video.'

- Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your video with the music.

Remember, there are various video editing software options out there, so the specific steps might differ slightly depending on the software you choose.
