There are many different CD ripper applications available, but some popular options include:
- Windows: EAC, dBpoweramp, XLD
- Mac: XLD, Max, iTunes
- Linux: Asunder, K3b
Once you have chosen a CD ripper application, download and install it on your computer.
Step 2: Insert Your CD into Your Computer's CD Drive
Insert the CD that you want to rip into your computer's CD drive.
Step 3: Open the CD Ripper Application
Open the CD ripper application that you installed in Step 1.
Step 4: Select the CD Drive and Output Folder
In the CD ripper application, select the CD drive that contains the CD that you want to rip. You should also select the folder where you want to save the ripped music files.
Step 5: Choose the Rip Settings
In the CD ripper application, you can choose the rip settings, such as the audio format (e.g., MP3, WAV, FLAC) and the bit rate. You can also choose to rip the CD tracks as individual files or as a single audio file.
Step 6: Start the Rip
Once you have chosen the rip settings, click the "Start" or "Rip" button to start the ripping process.
Step 7: Add Song Names and Photos
The CD ripper will automatically add song names and photos. If the music ripper didn't add the titles and photos or you want to edit the existing ones, you can do so manually by:
- Right-clicking on the audio file and selecting "Properties".
- In the "Properties" window, click on the "Details" tab.
- In the "Details" tab, you can edit the song title, album title, artist name, and genre.
You can also add a photo by clicking on the "Add" button next to the "Album art" field.
Step 8: Save the Changes
Once you have made the changes, click on the "OK" button to save them.
