What orchestras feature a sousaphone?

Sousaphones are typically not featured in symphony orchestras because their sound does not blend well with that of other orchestral instruments. They are more commonly heard in brass bands, concert bands, jazz bands, and military bands. In fact, the instrument was specifically designed in 1898 for use in concert and military bands.
