Where was the first church organ made?

Pipe organs can be traced back as early as 3rd century BC in Alexandria. There are reports of water organs in Greek temple to Serapis and Dionysus around 250 BC. It was not until 14 century that German organ builders began incorporating reed stops into instruments.
