Which is highest clarinet or saxaphone?

Clarinet is higher than saxophone. Saxophone is pitched in the key of b flat while clarinet is pitched in the key of A and thus has higher pitch. There are higher pitched saxophones like soprano saxophone but these are lower in pitch compared to clarinet.
