Was Peter Lambert a violin maker of Duluth Minnesota?

Peter Lambert was not a violin maker of Duluth, Minnesota. However, there was a Peter Lambert who was a prominent music teacher and conductor in Duluth. He was born in 1883 in Russia and came to the United States in 1905. He settled in Duluth and founded the Duluth Symphony Orchestra in 1910. He also taught music at the University of Minnesota Duluth and the Duluth Public Schools. He died in 1961.
