How do you play e sharp on alto saxophone?

To play E sharp on the alto saxophone, you can:

1. Use the fingering: left-hand index, middle, ring, and pinky fingers; right-hand index, middle, and pinky fingers.

2. Alternate fingering: Use the fingering: left-hand index, middle, and pinky fingers; right-hand thumb, index, and pinky fingers. This fingering may provide a more in-tune E sharp.

3. Embouchure adjustment: Slightly raise your lower jaw and tighten your embouchure to produce a higher pitch.
