What are the fingerings for high E on trumpet?

The fingerings for high E (written E6) on a Bb trumpet are as follows:

1. Depress the 1st and 2nd (index and middle) valves as well as the trigger/pinky key.

2. Alternate with the 1st and 3rd (index and ring) valves without the trigger.

The above fingerings will result in notes within a quarter-tone of concert E6, which is the highest note commonly used in orchestral and band repertoire for the trumpet.
