How do you change notes on a tuba?

The tuba is a brass instrument, which means that it produces sound by vibrating brass. The sound is then amplified by the tuba's acoustic design, which includes a large bell. The pitch of the sound is controlled by the player's fingers, which press on valves that control the flow of air through the instrument. Changing notes on the tuba involves pressing different combinations of valves. Each note is played by a specific combination of valve fingerings. This enables tubists to play a wide variety of notes and create musical compositions.
