What type of elastic force is present in the strings a guitar?

The elastic force present in the strings of a guitar is tensile elastic force.

Tensile elastic force arises when a material is stretched or elongated. In the case of a guitar string, when you pluck the string, you are essentially stretching it, causing it to vibrate and produce sound. The tension in the string provides the restoring force that brings it back to its original position once it is plucked. This tensile force is what allows the string to vibrate and produce sound.
