Foley's is a department store chain founded by Bernard and David Foley in Houston, Texas. The first Foley's store opened on the corner of Sixth and Fannin Streets in Houston on May 2, 1926. The company's headquarters were located at 1114 Texas Avenue in Houston. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on September 17, 2002, and closed its remaining 148 stores on August 28, 2005.
