Decorate the first Renaissance festival scrapbook page by decorating the borders with Celtic knot stickers or by drawing Celtic knots freehand. Glue the Renaissance festival's handbill or program to the center of the page. Add any tickets or admission bracelets by taping or gluing them in. If you wore costumes, take bits from them—such as lace, ribbons or feathers—and glue them scattered around your opening page.
Some Renaissance festivals have a pirate costume contest for kids. Take pictures of your kids in their pirate costumes. Use skull and crossbones stickers for a border around your scrapbook page. Scatter your kids' pirate pictures on the page and add in an eyepatch, bandana, paper hat or other bits from the pirate costumes. Draw or paste in a paper sword or chest full of gold doubloons.
The pub is a central feature for adults at Renaissance festivals and many have a coat of arms prominently displayed. Draw a coat of arms for the pub you visited at the top of your scrapbook page. You can also cut it out and paste in on your scrapbook page if you have it on a handball or other souvenir. Mount coasters and matchbooks with the pub's insignia on your page with scrapbook mounts or tape. Add in any clean napkins, drink labels or handbills from pub musical performances. Finish off your page with pictures of the exterior and interior of the pub and any pictures of family or friends there.
Some people get married or renew their vows while at a Renaissance festival. Create a commemorative wedding scrapbook page whether you were part of the marrying couple or a guest in attendance. Decorate the page border with dried flowers and ribbons from the ceremony. You can also form a large heart on the page from these materials. Add in the wedding or vow renewal invitation and any ceremony pictures. Glue some rice confetti on the page. Place materials from the wedding favors such as netting or ribbons from wedding candies on the page. Create festive wedding shapes by dripping candle wax from unity or memorial candles from the ceremony onto the scrapbook page.
