How do you put music on PowerPoint Presentation?

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.

2. Click on the Insert tab at the top of the ribbon.

3. In the Media group, click on the Audio button.

4. A dialog box will appear. Navigate to the audio file you want to insert and click on the Insert button.

5. The audio file will be inserted into your presentation. You can click and drag it to the desired location on the slide.

6. To play the audio file, click on the Play button that appears when you hover over the audio file.

7. To edit the audio file, click on the Format tab at the top of the ribbon.

In the Audio Tools group, you can adjust the settings such as volume, fade in/out, or playback speed. Alternatively, you can right-click on the audio and select options under Format Audio.

*You can also insert music by going to the Design tab > Slide Size > Custom Slide Size. Set it according to the resolution of the video (such as 918 by 613 pixels for YouTube. Click Insert > Movie > Movie from the File (you might have to click insert audio on some versions) and set to automatically. It may take one attempt to get the sound and images playing together correctly.*
