In the sims 3 where do you take guitar lessons?

In the Sims 3, you can take guitar lessons at the SimCity Library. To do this, simply go to the library and click on the "Take Guitar Lessons" option. You will then be able to choose from a variety of guitar teachers, each with their own unique teaching style. Once you have chosen a teacher, you will be able to start taking lessons.
