Open a credit card account with Citibank. Citibank offers VIP tickets to LiveNation events, including events at the House of Blues. Simply choose “House of Blues” and then “VIP Tickets” at the Livenation Citicard website, and you can often purchase VIP tickets for specific House of Blues events or concerts.
To get the VIP tickets this way, you must use your Citicard for payment.
Get on the House of Blues mailing list. You can do this either physically when you visit a House of Blues location, or you can get on the mailing list by buying tickets to an event. If you attend events on a regular basis at the House of Blues, you can be offered VIP tickets to some events.
Buy tickets directly from the House of Blues. Sometimes the company makes available VIP tickets or ticket packages, particularly for special events like grand openings. You will pay a premium for the tickets, of course, but they will give you VIP access, better seating and other bonuses.
Know people who know people. You can sometimes score VIP tickets to the House of Blues by having friends who get VIP access. Simply tell them you’d love to join them, and soon you might find yourself with a VIP badge.
Join the Foundation Room, the House of Blue’s VIP club. This will cost a pretty penny (prices vary depending on the location and amenities offered in the VIP club), but will guarantee you VIP access to every show at the House of Blues. Of the 13 House of Blues locations in the United States, nine of them offer Foundation Room memberships.
Much depends on which House of Blues site you visit, but Foundation Room memberships might include a separate and private luxury space from which to order food, relax with friends and listen to music. Foundation Room access includes full concierge service.
