Who is the creator of drum?

There is no single creator of the drum, as it is an ancient instrument with a long history of development. Drums have been used in various forms for thousands of years by cultures all over the world. The earliest evidence of drums dates back to the Neolithic period, around 6000 BC, when simple frame drums were used. These early drums were made from animal skins stretched over a wooden frame, and were likely used for ritualistic and ceremonial purposes.

Over time, drums evolved and became more sophisticated, with different types of drums being developed for different purposes. For example, the hourglass-shaped djembe drum originated in West Africa and is known for its distinctive sound and rhythmic patterns. The conga drums, originally from Cuba, are a set of three drums that are played with the hands and are often used in Latin music. The drum kit, which consists of a set of drums and cymbals played with sticks and pedals, was developed in the 19th century and has become a staple of modern music.

The development of the drum is a result of the collective ingenuity and creativity of people from different cultures across the ages. It is a testament to the power of music and its ability to bring people together and express themselves.
