Brown was the bass player for Screaming Lord Sutch and the Savages. He was born in 1948 in London, England. He started playing bass at the age of 15 and joined Screaming Lord Sutch and the Savages in 1964. He played with the band until 1971, when he left to join The Rolling Stones. He played with The Rolling Stones for two years before rejoining Screaming Lord Sutch and the Savages in 1973. He played with the band until 1979, when he left to form his own band, Brown Sugar. He played with Brown Sugar until 1984, when he retired from the music business. He died in 2008 at the age of 60.
