When i plug my headphones into TV no sound comes out of but they still come tv speakers. I want to use listen from Ps3.?

Here are a few things to check:

1. Make sure that your headphones are properly plugged into the TV. The headphone jack is usually located on the side or back of the TV. Make sure that the plug is fully inserted and that there is no debris or lint blocking the connection.

2. Check the audio settings on your TV. Some TVs have a setting that allows you to choose whether to output sound through the TV speakers or the headphones. Make sure that this setting is set to "headphones."

3. Check the audio settings on your PS3. Go to the "Settings" menu and select "Audio Output Settings." Make sure that the output device is set to "HDMI."

4. Try using a different pair of headphones. If you are still not getting any sound, try plugging a different pair of headphones into the TV. This will help you determine if the problem is with your headphones or with the TV.

5. Update your TV's firmware. If you've tried all of the above and are still not getting any sound, try updating your TV's firmware. You can usually find firmware updates on the manufacturer's website.

Here are some additional troubleshooting tips:

- Try connecting your headphones to another device, such as a smartphone or computer, to make sure that they are working properly.

- If you are using a wireless headset, make sure that it is properly charged and connected to the TV.

- If you are using a wired headset, try using a different cable.

- Try resetting your TV by unplugging it from the power outlet and plugging it back in.
