When you contact Chevrolet, you will need to provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The VIN number of the vehicle
- The serial number of the radio
- Proof of ownership of the vehicle (such as a copy of your registration or insurance policy)
Once Chevrolet has verified the information you provided, they will provide you with the unlock code.
To enter the unlock code, you will need to:
- Turn on the radio.
- Press and hold the "SEEK" button for 5 seconds.
- Enter the unlock code using the radio's buttons.
- Press and hold the "SEEK" button for 5 seconds again to confirm the code.
The radio will then unlock and you will be able to use it normally.
