Step 1: Gather the necessary tools. You will need:
* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A 10mm socket wrench
* A 12mm socket wrench
Step 2: Remove the radio from the dashboard.
* Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the radio in place.
* Pull the radio out of the dashboard.
* Disconnect the electrical connectors from the back of the radio.
Step 3: Remove the faceplate from the radio.
* Use the flat head screwdriver to pry the faceplate off of the radio.
* Be careful not to damage the faceplate or the radio.
Step 4: Locate the security screw.
* The security screw is located in the center of the radio.
* It is a small, Phillips head screw.
Step 5: Remove the security screw.
* Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the security screw.
Step 6: Unlock the radio.
* Use the 10mm socket wrench to turn the lock cylinder clockwise.
* The radio will unlock and the display will light up.
Step 7: Reinstall the radio.
* Connect the electrical connectors to the back of the radio.
* Slide the radio back into the dashboard.
* Replace the two screws that hold the radio in place.
Step 8: Test the radio.
* Turn on the radio and make sure that it works properly.
