Decide on which talk show you would like to appear. There are many shows dealing with many different areas and topics in life. Choosing which one you will fit in with may take time.
Visit the show's website. Almost every talk show website has a section on how to apply to be on the show or topics they will be featuring.
Send the show an email from their site. If the topics they have posted pertain to you in any way, let them know your background and experience. They will sometimes even have a questionaire you can fill out for this.
Write a letter to the talk show. If you have a problem or a great idea that you think people would be interested in hearing about, write the show and let them know about it.
Remain calm and be yourself if you get a response from a producer of a talk show. They want to know how you will react to things and if you are a good fit for their show.
