Visit the NBC website for "1 vs. 100" to learn when open casting calls will be held in an area near your residence. If any are scheduled, follow the instructions provided for what to bring and when and where to bring it.
Save a copy of the online PDF application for "1 vs. 100" on your computer if no casting calls are available in your area or you prefer not to attend one. The application is available at the NBC casting website.
Complete the extensive application thoroughly by answering every question in legible writing. If a section doesn't apply to you, instead of leaving the relevant space blank, write "Not Applicable" or "N/A" in the area.
Make a video of yourself that demonstrates why you would be an interesting contestant on the show and what you would do with any money you win. The tape should be about five minutes long, with clear audio and visuals. Review the suggestions on the NBC casting website for ways to make the video more effective, such as being as creative as you like.
Label the tape with your name, mailing address, and telephone number in legible writing.
Locate a recent photograph of yourself to include with the other materials. If you can provide both a close-up and a full-body photograph, that's even better, though not required.
Write your name and telephone number on the back of the photograph(s), as well.
Submit the entire finished application as soon as possible to the mailing address indicated at the NBC casting website.
