Pick the Hannah Montana fan club on the Internet you would like to join. There are numerous clubs available, so decide on the one that is right for you. These fan clubs will have a procedure for you to follow to join.
Click on the button that says, "Join." It may also say, "Become a member" or "Sign up."
Fill out the registration form after you sign up. The required fields will have an asterisk next to them. You may fill out all of the fields or just the required ones. Submit the form by clicking "Submit," after you finish filling it out.
Check your email for user name and password. Some clubs may also provide this information on the next screen after the submit screen, but most will email this to you.
Return to the fan club website with your user name and password and enter those in the marked fields. Participate in any of the events listed. Enjoy your Hannah Montana fan club experience.
