Hye-Kyo has been actively working as a model and actress since 1996, when she was just a junior in high school.
Hye-Kyo's most notable work includes a string of TV miniseries including "Full House," "Autumn Fairy Tale" and "All In." She most recently starred in the 2008 independent North American movie "Fetish."
Hye-Kyo attended Sookmyoung Girls Middle School, Eunkwang Girls High School and studied movie-art at Saejoeng University before dropping out.
In August 2009, the China Daily reported Hye-Kyo was dating 26-year-old South Korean actor Hyun Bin.
Hye-Kyo has won a variety of modeling and acting awards since breaking into the business in 1996. Her most recent award was a 2008 Korean Broadcasting System Drama Award.
