Launch the Internet web browser of your choice. Internet browsers that are equipped with the latest version of the Adobe Flash plugins will be able to successfully play MTV's online episodes.
Navigate to MTV's website, at Mtv.com, and click the "Shows" link from the top menu. Click on the "Teen Mom" link from the list of MTV shows, which will take you to the show's homepage. From there, choose the link that says "Full Episodes." You will then be able to view a list of all of the full episodes that are available for streaming online.
Choose an episode by clicking on the appropriate link from your list of full episode options to begin streaming it on your computer.
