What Are the Sacred Beast Cards in Yu-Gi-Oh!?

In Yu-Gi-Oh! players battle each other by using cards to summon a variety of monstrous creatures. The more powerful and rare a card is, the harder it is to defeat its player. Three of the most powerful cards are the scared beasts: Uria, Hamon and Raviel. The holder of these three sacred beast cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! is very difficult to defeat.
  1. Sacred Beast Cards

    • The three sacred beast cards are not as powerful as the Egyptian god cards because they lack the immunity to spell, trap and monster effects. However an advantage the sacred beast have over the Egyptian gods is that they are tournament legal. Players can summon the sacred beasts within a game. They are available in the Shadow of Infinity booster pack, Dark Revelation Volume 4 booster set and the individual Collector Tin: Series 5 Promos.

    Uria

    • Uria, the Lord of Searing Flames, cannot be summoned normally or set at the start of play. It can only be specially summoned by sending three face-up trap cards in your control to the graveyard. Uria gains 1,000 attack points for each additional trap card sent to your graveyard. Once a turn Uria can destroy one of your opponent's set spells or trap cards. Other spell or trap cards an opponent may have set can't be activated in response to move.

    Hamon

    • Hamon, the Lord of Striking Thunder, cannot be summoned normally or set at the start of play. It can only be specially summoned by sending three face-up spell cards in your control to the graveyard. A thousand points of damage are inflicted to your opponent when Hamon destroys his monster and sends it to the graveyard. While the card is in a defensive face-up position your opponent cannot choose another monster as an attack target.

    Raviel

    • Raviel, the Lord of Phantasms, cannot be summoned normally or set at the start of play. It can only be specially summoned by tributing or sacrificing three fiend-type monsters to the graveyard. Whenever your opponent summons a monster normally Raviel special summons one Phantasm Token. The token cannot declare an attack. By tributing one monster each turn, Raviel gains the attack points equal to that monster's original attack points until the end phase of your turn.
