In act 3 in a raisin the sun why does Walter invite mr. lindner over to their apartment again?

In act 3, Walter does not invite Mr. Lindner over to their apartment again. Instead, Mr. Lindner comes to the Younger's apartment unannounced because he wants to convince the family to take his offer for them to move away from Clybourne Park in exchange for money.
