Is there a possibility that scrubs medschool also known as season 9 will be picked up by another network other than abc for second season?

Scrubs Med School, an idea for the 9th season of Scrubs, was canceled by ABC before it was even filmed. Therefore, there is no chance it will be picked up by another network for a second season.
