What way was the house facing when it fell on Wicked Witch of East?

There is no house that fell on the Wicked Witch of East. In the story "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" Dorothy's house does fall on the Wicked Witch of the East, but it falls from the sky, not from any particular direction.
