1. Make sure the printer is turned off and the power cord is unplugged.
2. Open the paper tray by pressing the release lever on the left side of the printer.
Step 2: Load the Paper
1. Place the stack of paper in the paper tray, making sure to align the edges of the paper with the guides in the tray.
3. Adjust the paper guides to fit snugly against the sides of the paper stack.
Step 3: Close the Paper Tray
1. Gently close the paper tray until it clicks shut. Ensure the paper tray is securely closed to avoid paper jams.
2. Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
Your printer is now ready to print. Make sure to select the appropriate paper size in your print settings before starting a print job.
