How do you save a new game from pearl it says need the title screen but how?

1. Press the Start button on your Nintendo DS to turn it on.

2. Insert your Pokemon Pearl game card into the slot on the back of your DS.

3. Press the A button to start the game.

4. Select Continue.

5. Use the D-Pad to move the cursor to New Game and press the A button.

6. Select Yes when prompted to start a new game.

7. Enter a name for your new game and press the A button.

8. The game will now load. Once it is finished, you will be able to start playing your new game.
