How do you unlock all mp tech on Digimon World 4 as guilmon?

1. Get to Chapter 18. This is the earliest point at which you can recruit all 15 members of the Royal Knights.

2. Recruit all 15 members of the Royal Knights. These are:

* Alphamon

* Dukemon

* Gallantmon

* Jesmon

* Magnamon

* Dynasmon

* Sleipmon

* UlforceVeedramon

* Omnimon

* Beelzemon

* Imperialdramon

* Gallantmon Crimson Mode

* Susanoomon

* Murmukusmon

* Duftmon

3. Go to the Digimon Lab in Decode.

4. Talk to the scientist in the back of the lab. He will tell you that you can now use any MP Tech.
