Kevin (Harry Enfield) and Perry (Kathy Burke) are two young slackers living in Essex, England. They are unemployed, have no girlfriends, and spend their time drinking, smoking, and playing video games. One day, they decide to change their lives and take a trip to Ibiza, Spain, a popular party destination.
To fund their trip, Kevin and Perry come up with a scheme to sell fake holiday packages. They set up a travel agency and start selling all-inclusive vacations to Ibiza, promising sun, sea, and parties. However, their plans go awry when they realize they have no idea how to run a travel agency and find themselves in over their heads.
Despite the challenges, Kevin and Perry set off on their journey, accompanied by their loyal friends, the Fat Kids (played by Ricky Tomlinson and David Walliams). Along the way, they encounter various misadventures and hilarious situations, including getting lost in France, encountering a group of aggressive football fans, and being chased by the police.
Throughout their journey, Kevin and Perry learn to navigate the ups and downs of life and discover the importance of friendship and personal growth. They eventually make it to Ibiza, where they have a wild time and ultimately find what they were looking for: adventure, friendship, and a sense of purpose.
