I was enjoying a first run movie on my computer monitor. That is when it hit me, why not watch this movie on my much larger television. I searched and read about how to do just that.

  • You will have to decide if you want to use a wired connection from your computer to your television or a wireless connection.

  • Decide which cable you would like to use. You have a choice between RCA, S Video and High Def.

      Look on the back of your computer. Locate where your monitor presently plugs into your computer. This is usually a small rectangular blue module

      This is when you will need to unplug the monitor. Plug in either a cable that is VGA to Television here. I purchased a Vga to Tv converter from Radio Shack.

      Plug the cable that has a blue marking and reads to computer to the module where your monitor cable was plug in.

      Plug the monitor cable into the cable marked to monitor.

      Plug the cable with the red face into the Pc to video component box

    • 6

      Plug the usb cable from the converter box into the usb on your computer. This will give it the power to operate.

      Decide which output you will be using on your television. All major setups are available.
