The cinema runs a membership program that grants members discounts on tickets, food and beverages, and gives them access to member-only screenings. The theater also has a concierge service and offers themed packages for special events such as Valentine's Day.

Members who attend the cinema on their birthday receive a free ticket from the concierge, while special menus, including tap beer and wine by the glass, are available to members every Tuesday.
