How many Darren shan films will there be?

There is only one Darren Shan film, released in 2009. It is called "Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant" and is based on the first book in the Darren Shan saga.

Unfortunately, despite the moderate success of the movie, there were no sequels made.
