Who invented automatic movie ticket dispenser?

Thomas Alva Edison

A moviegoer, tired of standing in line at the box office, would drop a coin into the machine, push a button signaling which show he wished to see, and receive his ticket. The Kinetoscope Parlor, which opened in New York City on April 14, 1894, was the first commercial motion picture theater. It featured a Mutoscope, the world’s first automatic movie ticket dispenser.
