What studio made the POPEYE TV cartoons?

The Popeye TV cartoons were produced by Fleischer Studios and Famous Studios. Fleischer Studios, founded by Max and Dave Fleischer, produced the Popeye cartoons from 1933 to 1942. After a labor dispute and a change in ownership, the studio was renamed Famous Studios and continued to produce the Popeye cartoons until 1957.
