Will there be a Subtle Knife movie?

There is currently no information or announcement about a film adaptation of "The Subtle Knife", the second book in Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy. As of now, the only film adaptations of the trilogy are the 2007 film "The Golden Compass" and the 2022 HBO-BBC One series "His Dark Materials", which covers all three books.
