Name of the person who paid a penny admission into play at globe theatre?

The Globe Theatre in London, during the time of William Shakespeare, did not charge a penny for admission. Instead, the groundlings, or those who stood in the pit in front of the stage, paid one penny (the equivalent of about $0.10 today) to enter the theater. Those who wanted to sit in the galleries paid higher prices based on their desired level of comfort and proximity to the stage.
