To get a blue medal in Ratchet Deadlock, you need to complete all of the following tasks:

* Reach level 10 with all playable characters.

* Complete all 100 missions.

* Collect all 500 bolts.

* Purchase all upgrades for all weapons.

* Defeat all 50 bosses.

* Complete all 100 challenges.

* Play for 10 hours.

Once you have completed all of these tasks, you will be awarded the blue medal.
